During the Campus Stores Conference there will be five events that are exclusive sponsorship opportunities: Meet & Greet, Trade Show Reception, Speed Pitch, and Evening Social. These events are being separately marketed to our members throughout the lead into the conference. With you as host of these events we’ll make certain that your organization is well represented. While each event has unique elements let's look at a hypothetical example for the Meet & Greet reception:
A month prior to the event we’ll send out a special invitation to members of CSC including highlights of the event.
At the conference delegates will be given branded tickets to the Meet & Greet featuring your company.
Signage throughout the hotel will feature your organization’s branding for way-finding to the Meet & Greet.
When delegates arrive at the Meet & Greet your representatives will greet the guests to their first official conference activity.
As the delegates get situated during the Meet & Greet they will turn in their ticket for a drink at the bar.
You will get an opportunity to host an icebreaker activity for all our delegates.
We’ll give you a big send off thank you to our attendees and encourage them to seek your representatives out throughout the conference.
We send you a detailed contact list of all the people who attended the event that evening.
In the morning we send an email on your behalf to the delegates thanking them for attending and reminding them to work with you in the year ahead.
This is an example of Hosting a Signature Event. It will change from event to event, but it is the level of quality we will work together to create.

You supply us with an item you’d like all our conference attendees to get and together we customize it to show off the best of the conference and your organization. This includes some of the most memorable items we’ve ever given to members: bags, apparel, notebooks, pencils, and so much more. This conference isn’t just a trade show, it is an opportunity to exhibit what makes you and your company stand out.

We are giving you 5 minutes to talk to our members (either in the course materials or general operations track) during which you can take the mic and do anything you would like. This is your opportunity to showcase not only your organization, but your ongoing support for the independent campus retail industry.

There are more than 600 people registered to receive our monthly newsletter. It delivers directly to the work email addresses of all of Campus Stores Canada’s members, not just the ones who come to the conference. You can add not only a logo, but links, and custom art into the monthly newsletter. This is your chance to showcase yourselves throughout the year!

There are more than 600 professionals in the independent campus store industry in Canada. Only 150 of which will show up to the conference. We have resources for both of those audiences and we want to make sure that your show of support covers that huge extra audience.

Campus Stores Canada is going to give away all our registered attendees twice to registered exhibitors. Once in early December and again at the end of the conference. We’ll give you updated registration information starting earlier (in September), with increased frequency (monthly until November and then once weekly until the conference starts), to more of your people (whoever you want us to distribute to), and with more information (highlighting new signups, detailing changes, and giving all of the information from Member Space about a member so you’ll know more about them).
