Time to pack up this year’s conference. If you are registered as an exhibitor we ask that you please hold off packing your booth until 3:00 pm in order to give everyone time to wrap up their trade show dealings.
Continental breakfast will be available for all vendors from 8:00 am to 9:00 am in the Drummond Room.
Lunch is available for all staff working the trade show. There is plenty of time to grab it, have a seat in Drummond, and then come back to the trade show.
Access the trade show floor before we invite the delegates into your booths. This is your opportunity to freshen things up if you aren’t participating in the Speed Pitch.
The speed pitch is our members’ most beloved session. You get to stand in your booth and once every 5 minutes we’ll bring you a new group of delegates to talk to, just like a speed dating session.
This is your opportunity to make a quick impression with every delegate at the conference.

This is the kick-off to this year’s conference. We’ll be hosting you and all of the delegates of the conference on the trade show floor. This session is just like the trade show except with more bars, light snacks, and chill vibes.
This is the second day for move in.
Please note that you will need to have completed you move in process by 4:00 pm. We will be bringing in the hotel to do vacuuming and freshening up the trade show floor in advance of the Trade Show Reception at 6:00 pm.
Get your booth all the way up to the 4th floor and set and ready.
Together we will go through all the sessions of the conference, all details, all of the suppliers you need to be wrapping up prior to coming to the conference in Montreal.
Make sure that ALL of the people who will be in the booth are present for this session.

Make sure that you’re booked into the hotel room block because the rate goes up after today!
We’ll be giving you more details but we need information from you to be included in this year’s conference guidebook and the 2024 CSC Vendor Partner Guide.
This is a tentative deadline for your submissions to our show services company. This date is likely to change when we finalize our show services contract.
Want to showcase your hot products to all our members? This is a session where our sponsors get the chance to show their latest and greatest to our members! You’ll get a few minutes, exactly how long will based on the number of sponsors, to show your very best to our members, then we’ll be on to the next participant.
This session will be a prelude to our hot-products table at the conference where we invite all our members and vendors to showcase their hot products!
We’re distributing the first delegate list for all our vendors.
