Time to pack up this year’s conference. If you are registered as an exhibitor we ask that you please hold off packing your booth until 3:00 pm in order to give everyone time to wrap up their trade show dealings.

This is the kick-off to this year’s conference. We’ll be hosting you and all of the delegates of the conference on the trade show floor. This session is just like the trade show except with more bars, light snacks, and chill vibes.
Access the trade show floor before we invite the delegates into your booths. This is your opportunity to freshen things up if you aren’t participating in the Speed Pitch.
The speed pitch is our members’ most beloved session. You get to stand in your booth and once every 5 minutes we’ll bring you a new group of delegates to talk to, just like a speed dating session.
This is your opportunity to make a quick impression with every delegate at the conference.

Join in the most popular session of our conference. Held on the trade show floor on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 we’ll bring every delegate at our conference to you! In a speed dating style you’ll stand in your booth, give a 7 minute pitch to a group of delegates and then a minute later we’ll bring you the next group of delegates. A fantastic way to give a quick intro, talk about your hot products, or catch up with all the old friends and see the new faces at our conference.
This is the second day for move in.
Please note that you will need to have completed you move in process by 4:00 pm. We will be bringing in the hotel to do vacuuming and freshening up the trade show floor in advance of the Trade Show Reception at 6:00 pm.
Get your booth all the way up to the 4th floor and set and ready.
Together we will go through all the sessions of the conference, all details, all of the suppliers you need to be wrapping up prior to coming to the conference in Montreal.
Make sure that ALL of the people who will be in the booth are present for this session.
Make sure that you’re booked into the hotel room block because the rate goes up after today!
