Last year we touched the surface, this year dive deeper on how different stores manage custom orders for clubs, departments, and campus groups.

After a brief snapshot from a few members, we’ll open discussion of three broad methods of doing custom. Entirely in house, entirely online and a novel hybrid the two! We welcome Katie Flynn of UPEI, and Jason Kack of McGill University as presenters, as well as Sam Willis and Trish Linden-Teasdale as hosts!

Then we’ll divid into groups for productive conversations about the broad method of your choice.  Start thinking of your questions and experience now. This is a chance to compare approaches, trade tips, and leave with practical steps solutions to the custom struggle.
